HiSuccess JB-10B Regeneration Sponge Production Line utilizes a number of advanced technology to produce reclaimed sponge. It features a high level of automation, easy and safe operation, quality final product and high productivity and efficiency.

Working principle: the machines first mix the crushed sponge and glue which then undergoes the foam forming moulds in which the treated materials are then pressed into regeneration sponge according to required density. It is mainly consisted of milling, mixing, forming parts.
