Glass Wool Production Line:

Raw material was mixed on certain mixture ratio and sent into furnace ,then well-fused vitreous fluid flows out from the leak board installed at forming part of the furnace, which will fall vertically into a centrifugethe principal part of fiber forming equipment.

Forced by the high speed rotating centrifuge, about ten thousands vitreous fluid streams were thrown through pores on centrifuge surrounding wall to form primary fibers, which still in high-temperature soft state, effected by high temperature and high speed flame spraying, vitreous fluid streams were further stretched into secondary fibers, While forming, glass wool fibers are covered with sprayed resin binder, effected by negative pressure of air draft at lower part of mesh belt ,the glass wool fibers uniformly spread into a batting layer on the mesh belt and form the glass wool felt .

The felt enters into solidifying furnace to go through drying, curing and shaping processes and is cut vertically or horizontally as per required sizes into glass wool production. Glass wool felt was packaged by the packing machine while the glass wool was plastic membrane packaged.
